The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening, August 8, 1995 upon
the application of David Warwick requesting a variation of Section 7, para. 7.2 so as to
permit relief of 8.04 feet from the street frontage requirement of 125 feet for property
located at 306 Marbleridge Road.
The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, John Pallone, Joseph
Faris, Scott Karpinski and Ellen McIntyre.
The hearing was advertised in the Lawrence Eagle Tribune on 7.22.95 and 7.29.95 and all
abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion by John Pallone and seconded by Scott Karpinski, the board voted to
Grant the variance as requested. Vote: 4-0. Voting in favor: John Pallone, Joseph Faris,
Scott Karpinski and Ellen McIntyre. William Sullivan abstained from voting.
The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Paragraph
10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect
the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
