Petition No. 53- ' 84 Dear Mr . Long: Tile Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Monday evening, November 19, 1984 upon the application of New England Telephone and Telegraph Company. The hearing was advertised in the North Tndover Citizen on November 1 and 8, 1984 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr . , Chairman; William J . Sullivan; . Augustine W. Nickerson; and Associate' Members Walter F. Soule and Maurice S . Foulds . _ The petitioner_ seeks a variance from the provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 7 . 3 and Table 2 of the Zoning' By Lai so as to permit relief from the required front and side yard se -.backs to allow the erection of a building to house electronic tele .)hone equipment on premises located at 31 Flagship Drive in the Iidustria.l-1 ( I-1) zoning district . A representative of New England Telephone and 'lt:�' egraph Company testified that the proposed structure is a 10 1/2 by 15 foot precast concrete but which will be 9 1/2 feet high.' The proposed use is to house electronic telephone equipment . Customers in the industrial. parks on Route .114 as well as residential customers in the area will benefit from the service . The but will be located on a permanent easement located at 31 Flagship Drive in an industrial park . Maintenance will ,be limited . . No opposition was voiced at the hearing.
