The roof has no insulation,and tenant has had to put her heat up to 70 to 72 degrees just to maintain a comfortable heat level because the heat is lost due to lack of insulation. Her heating bill was$446.00,and it has never been that high before. The roof was fixed last year due to leaks,and she confirmed with a worker that there is indeed no insulation in the attic. Tenant has logged complaint with Royal Crest staff 10 days ago,and nothing has happened yet. She spoke with Dan,a new manager and Mark in maintenance. Ms.Elebiary's number is:781-354-9383. They also brought in a ventilation specialist who suggested leaving the bathroom door open when showering,and running a dehumidifier 24/7 to remedy the problem. He wants the Health Dept.to partner with all the tenants in a petition to go after Royal Crest.
