hearing at the Town Building, North Andover, on Monday
evening, the 11th day of June, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. to all'
parties interested in the appeal of F. G. HAMILTON, JR.

The purpose of this construction is to provide comfortable living
quarters for Dolores Haydusko. No significant departure of the existing
structure will occur. Three dormers will be constructed over the existing 24'
X 24' attached garage. Entrance will be gained thru the attached main house
living room via a staircase and an extrnal entrance from an elevated 6' X 8'
deck to be erected at the rear as part of this construction.
This request is to have permit granted to allow kitchen and bathroom
facilities to be included in construction.

ceases to occupy the family suite.

• conveyed to any person, partnership, trust, or corporation.

Dear Mr, Long:
The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Monday evening,
June 11, 1984 upon the application of F. G. Hamilton. The
hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on May 24
and 311 1984 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
` The following members were present and voting: Alfred E.
! Frizelle, Esq. , Vice Chairman; William J. Sullivan; Augustine
Nickerson; Walter F. Soule; and Maurice S. Foulds.
The petitioner seeks a Special Permit under Section 4 , Paragraph
4. 121 (16) of the Zoning By Law so as to permit a "family suite"
or "in-law apartment" on premises located at 310 Berry Street.
The petitioner testified that the suite is needed for his mother-
in-law and will be located over the existing garage. The proposed
suite will consist of a kitchen, a bath, a living room and a bed-
room and entrance will be gained through the attached living room
i area of the existing dwelling.
No opposition was voiced at the hearing.
Upon a motion made by Mr. Foulds and seconded by Mr. Soule, the
Board voted unanimously to grant the Special Permit subject to
the following conditions:

upon request . Any communication purporting to be an application
