Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Senior Center,
120R Main Street,North Andover,MA on Tuesday the 9`h Of July,2002 at 7:30 PM to all parties
interested in the appeal of David Scanlon and Virginia Sullivan,322 Middlesex Street,North
Andover,MA requesting a dimensional Variance from Section 7,Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2,for
relief of the front,right,and left side setbacks and for a Special Permit from Section 9,Paragraph
9.2 for the extension of a pre-existing,non-conforming structure on a non-conforming lot in order
to allow for the construction of a proposed four-season addition.
Said premises affected is property with frontage on the South side of Middlesex Street within the
R4 zoning district.
Plans are available for review at the office of the Building Department 27 Charles Street,North
Andover,MA Monday through Thursday during the hours of 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Upon a motion made by George M. Earley and 2nd by Joseph D.LaGrasse,the Board voted to
GRANT the dimensional Variance petition for relief from Section 7,Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of
a 15' front setback,a 1.5'East side setback,and an 8' West side setback per Plan of Land
