Mr. & Mrs. James Jones

North Andover, MA 01845
Dear Mr..& Mrs. Jones:
July 7, 1986 }
.  54od
On July 1, 1986, the North Andover Conservation
Commission conducted a site inspection of grading work
in progress on your property at 33 Greenwood East Lane.
Subsequently, at our meeting on July 2nd, the Commission
ruled that this grading is work within a wetland resource
area in violation of Massachusett's General Law 131,
Chapter 40.
To rectify this situation, the NACC requires that
a row of staked haybales be placed at the perimeter of
the newly graded area to protect the surrounding wetland
area from potential erosion. No additional grading or
installation of top soil shall be permitted until this
erosion control barrier is inspected and approved by
the North Andover Conservation Commission.
