Dear Attorney Zimble,
I contacted the Housing Authority on December 24, 1987
to discuss this matter. I was told that Ms. Hernandez is
being evicted because she is behind in her rent and has
damaged the apartment. If an occupant damages an apartment
they can be held responsible. If the apartment was
defective when Ms. Hernandez moved in it is too late to
complain now.
It seems that this problem is a matter of establishing
who is responsible for any damages at 33A Francis St., the
tenant or the housing authority. Since an inspection at
this point could not possibly prove that I concluded that
the inspection was unnecessary.

for 11:00 on December 24, 1987.
I recently spoke with my client who told me you did not
appear for the inspection at that time. I have tried to reach
you by phone but you have not been in.
My client desires an inspection as soon as possible.
