Upon a motion made by Mr. Frizelle and sel6il d 114y514�1 ckerson,
the Board voted unanimously to grant the variance for the setback
of the building of 50 feet from the lot line abutting Winthrop
Avenue (Route 114) as shown on the plan subject to the following `
conditions:
1. Along the entire frontage on Winthrop Avenue set back 50 feet
from -the "lot --line on Winthrop Avenue --shal-1 =be==open- and- green—, -
be suitably landscaped, unbuilt upon, unpaved, and not parked
upon, including but not limited to parking and driveways,
buildings, and dwellings.
-2. Revised plans shall be submitted to the Board showing the
correct zoning district, and the open and green area as
outlined in -Condition No. 1 and meeting all other requirements
of the Board of Appeals.
3. The const-ruction-on--the=site shall be limited to an -off -ice -
building..
In granting -the variance, --the Board --finds that -Section -10:4 of -the: -
Zoning= By. Law.has been..satisfied.=- In -particular,.. the Board_ finds
that owing- to -circumstances relat-i-ng-to_the -land;:. a literal _en -_-

Dear Mr. Kettenbach:
As you know, the Board of Appeals granted a variance for land at
350 Winthrop Avenue (Route 114), subject to the following conditions:
1. Along the entire frontage on Winthrop Avenue, set back 50 feet
from the lot line on Winthrop Avenue, shall'be open and green,
be suitably landscaped, unbuilt upon, unpaved, and nor parked
upon, including but not limited to parking and driveways,
buildings, and dwellings.
2. Revised plans shall' -be submitted to -the Board showing the correct
zoning district, and the open and green area as outlined in
Condition #1 and meeting all' -other requirements of the Board.
3. The construction on the site shall -be limited to an office
building.
Would you please submit the revised plan as soon as possible for the
Board's review.
