Along the entire frontage on Winthrop Avenue set back 50 feet from -the "lot --line on Winthrop Avenue --shal-1 =be==open- and- green—, - be suitably landscaped, unbuilt upon, unpaved, and not parked upon, including but not limited to parking and driveways, buildings, and dwellings. -2.
