Complaint to the Board of Selectmen about three months ago, of the odors, fumes, slops and condensation, from the dye house next to my house. The board of health sent down a nurse to investigate, and, she said at that time they were no odor. I then went to the office of the Board of Health and registered a complaint and signed it. I was call to a meeting of the board of Health, and while at the meeting, I heard that the Dr. was also the Dr. for this mill for years. Therefore I left the meeting.I asked for a professional engineer to examine my complaint they could not see that. At present the same conditions are there. There is no soil vent stack in the building. You'll be kind enough to give this prompt attention, as I gave them plenty of time to remedy this situation. This condition is terrible in Spring, Summer, Fall. Also on a windy day. Respectfully Yours, Thomas Lacey 37 North Main Street North Andover, Mass. WORTHEN H.
