RE: Temporary Office Trailer
Dear Ms. Kittredge:
Telephone (978) 688-9545
Fax (978) 688-9542
This is to confirm that you will be allowed to use an 8 ft. x 28 ft. temporary trailer as office space
subject to the following conditions:
yVle, 1. The trailer must have the Commonwealth of Massachusetts approved electrical seal
y and comply with the State Building Code. It is important that the trailer has the third
yJ party Massachusetts electrical seal as the Electrical Inspector will not issue the
tel required electrical permit for your necessary electric hook up.
2. The trailer must be located within ten feet (10) of a rest room facility or the
trailer must be connected to its own sanitary disposal system.
3. Potable water must be supplied.
4. A building permit is also required at a cost of $75.00,
5. The building permit will expire within three (3) months from the
date appearing on the permit. .
6. As per our conversation this permit cannot be extended or issued again.
n
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Enjoy your summer.
Yours truly, `
D. Robert Ncetta
