Jenny 39 Stage Coach Road North Andover, MA 01845 * ******************************* DECISION Petition #021-93 The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday, May 11, 1993 upon the application of Christopher T. Jenny requesting a variation of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to allow an existing deck to remain 29.2 feet from the rear lot line on premises located at 39 Stage Coach Road. The required setback is 30 feet. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, John Pallone. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover -Citizen on April 21 and 28, 1993 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. 1. f Upon a motion by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Sullivan the Board voted to GRANT the variance as requested. The vote was unanimous. The Board finds that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
