Robert & Margaret Connelly DECISION 40 Brentwood Circle North Andover, MA 01845 Petition #020-93 The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday, May 11, 1993 upon the application of Robert and Margaret Connelly requesting a Special Permit of Section 4. 121, Paragraph 17 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit the erection of a family suite and Section 2 , Paragraph 2 .37 . 1 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit square footage floor area for the Family Suite not to exceed 1,200 square feet on premises located at 40 Brentwood Circle. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, and John Pallone. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on April 21 and 28, 1993 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr. Sullivan and seconded by Mr. Pallone the Board voted to allow the petitioner to WITHDRAW WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The vote was unanimous. Dated this 19th day of May 1993 .
