Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public
hearing in the Meeting Room of Town Hall, 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on
Tuesday the 13th of January, 2009 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the application of
Highland View Realty Trust, 104 Middlesex Street, John R. Pierog and Susan A
Colehower, Trustees,.40-42 Highland View Avenue(Map 67, Parcel 14), North Andover,
MA requesting dimensional Variances from Section 7, Paragraphs 7.1, 7.2, & 7.3 and
Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw for relief of lot area, street frontage, and yard setbacks in
order to raze and reconstruct a two-family dwelling; and for a Special Permit from Section
9, Paragraph 9.2 of the Zoning Bylaw in order to change,extend or enlarge a pre-existing,
non-conforming structure on a pre-existing, non-conforming lof.
Said premise affected is property with frontage on the South side of Highland View
Avenue within the R-4 zoning district.
Plans are available for review at the-office of the Board of Appeals office, 1600 Osgood
Street, Building 20, Suite 2-36, North Andover, MA 01845 Monday through Friday during
the hours ou s of 8.30AM to 4:30PM.
