In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11, the North
Andover Planning Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Watershed Special Permit under Section
4.136 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw to permit the
construction of an in-ground swimming pool, retaining
wall and additional landscaping.
