According to Aimco and this gentleman, they were in my apartment to read the temperature of the apartment. Two days after Aimco took the temperature of my apartment, Aimco sent one of it's agent to get me a humidifier. The agent came with a faulty humidifier and promised to return with a functioning humidifier. Up till today, neither the agent nor Aimco has returned back with a functioning Humidifier. Since then, nothing has been done in my apartment. Aimco has not contacted me in writing nor on the phone to tell me what their plans are as it relates to them fixing my apartment. This whole incident happened in June, and it's still ongoing. Even after you and the Town of North Andover ordered Aimco to fix/repair my apartment, Aimco is still yet to respond to the Town of North Andover's orders. I am tired of talking and acting in good faith,just to get no result from the management. According to Massachusetts laws, a tenant can offset any repairs that he did in his apartment through his rent to the landlord. Therefore, I will be employing someone else to do the job, and will offset it in my next bill. Also, i will be offsetting my properties that were damaged as a result of the water leaks in my apartment. After offsetting the cost of fixing the damages caused by the leak in my apartment, if there is any more money still owed to the management, i will then give that to the management.
