Dear Dorothy,
GoodFellas is aware that the side yard grass of your driveway was damaged during construction of a
home being built by our company. It is the intention of GoodFellas Construction to repair the grass and apply
grass seed to the repaired area. GoodFellas will help with the germination this fall of the grass to insure it grows
back. GoodFellas will also ensure the grading of the soil be put in with a swell as the building inspector
recommended. GoodFellas would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have endured during this
project.
Should you have any questions please feel free to call me.
Thank you
