Thus far, I have received no response from you. I hope that you understand fully that my complaint is only as a taxpayer in No. Andover, and in no way reflects the company stationary. It seems to me that a man of your reputation, character, and integrity, both as a physician and Director of the Board of Health, would at least have the courtesy to respond to my original letter long before now. May I request, Doctor, that, as Director of the Board of Health, you locate the cause of this obvious health problem to me and my family, and inform me of your findings as soon as possible.
