Soule and 2°d by John Pallone,the Board voted to GRANT a dimensional Variance for an East side setback of 2',in order to construct a 2 stall garage,on the condition that the garage be constructed according to the plan of land by: Scott L. Giles,PLS, #13972, 50 i Deermeadow Road,North Andover,MA,dated: 4/6/2000. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10,Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of these variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning i Bylaw.
