Leeman, Jr. requesting a variation from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7 . 3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of nine (9) feet to the side line dimension setback on the premises at 45 Pine Ridge Road. The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Vice-Chairman,Walter Soule, Clerk, Anna O'Connor, John Pallone and Robert Ford. Upon motion made by Mr. Ford and second by Mr. Pallone the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw. Dated this 13th day of December 1991.
