Received a call from Ryan Cullen.978-667-2771 x222 Girl friend Wendy Cell#978-518-5981.
Ryan lives at The Royal Crest Estates in building 46,Apartment 4.He lives on the ground floor next to the laundry room.Ryan was away for the holiday.
On Wed 11-24-2010 the there was a back up in the laundry room.Water penetrated the wall and soaked an area in the apartment.Royal Crest entered the apartment
due to emergency.Cleaned and was fan drying the apartment.Upon Ryan's arrival,Ryan felt he could smell a musty odor and requested to have it redone.Royal
Crest had the company come back and redo the rugs.The professional company came in again on Friday 11-26-2010.
Ryan was calling the Health Department to find out what protocol is.
I indicated to Ryan that it sounded like Royal Crest was following protocol,however I would give Royal Crest a call to make sure all the criteria's were met.

Called Royal Crest and spoke to Pauline regarding the above.
On 11-24-2010 a complaint came in from surrounding tenants stating that there was a back up in the laundry room.Rotor Rooter was called and a drain clog was
found and fixed.Pro-Carpets was on site at a different apt.and dispersed immediately.
11-24-2010—Pro-carpets sanitized carpets and left a Lg.industrial fan
11-26-2010—Pro-carpets sanitized carpets
12-1-2010—Pro-carpets will return and asset
Followed up with Mr.Cullen and seems satisfied

Thank you for forwarding the odor complaint.
We reviewed our records for last Friday afternoon. Both plant odor control systems appeared to be operating normally.
Also, we are adding potassium permanganate to out plant influent to control hydrogen sulfide odors.
Our Senior Operator on duty at the time believes that the plant influent was odorous.We have odor control at our grit
building but, once the influent reaches the plant screening building, wastewater odors can be released to the atmosphere. '
Wind speeds were fairly high, 8—9 mph average and 19—21 mph peak. This may have helped carry odors off-site.
Cooler weather predicted for the upcoming week should help reduce odors.

I just took a complaint from a resident at 402 Sutton Street-Vinnie Funaro. He has been home since 2:30
p.m. this afternoon, 9/10/10 (Friday) and there is an oppressive, extremely strong smell of sewage. Please
investigate cause of the odor and call the Health Department. I did also complete a general odor complaint

Dear Michelle,
Attached I am sending you a copy of the letter from the physician dated December 16,
2006. I am also including the 4 service request that were requested and responded to
since the Gill family moved in to Royal Crest Estates.
1 did some checking and found out that the resident that lived above the Gill's had
overflowed their sink and this is where the leak came from that had to be repaired.
I have never received a complaint of mold from this resident since I have been here in Jan
of 2006.
As you can see by the physician letter dated 12/16/2006, she states that the illness is the
result of possible flooding that occurred in 2004. Why have we not had a complaint since
I took over in January 2006.Not one comment,complaint or compliment.
When Mrs. Gill called to report that she was moving her two daughters out after the
doctor's note,she did not move them out until 2128/2007. Thus they lived in this
apartment through January and February even though they received this letter.
Our lease is quite straightforward and we believe in customer service. We also enforce
our lease. We charged the Gill's a lease break fee for the termination. Thus the reason
that she stated she was going to the Board of Health.
I believe that if you see the documents you will see that this is a financial issue.
