In NORTHToown in L 0 1 �iwk AuG 3 23 09 SAcHU TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS Wagner and Anti Hwang DECISION c/o Bill Buck 451 Andover Street Petition #045-94 North Andover, MA 01845 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening, August 9, 1994 upon the application of Wagner and Anti Hwang requesting a Special Permit under Section 4, Paragraph 121 (17) of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit the continued use of a Family Suite on the premises located at 47 Cranberry Lane. The following members were present and voting: William J. Sullivan, vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, John Pallone and Scott Karpinski. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 20 and 27 , 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Pallone, the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the Special Permit as requested subject to the following condition: 1. the premises be occupied by Ling-Ying Kao and Ying-Yee Lee Kao; 2 . the Special Permit shall expire at the time that Mr. and Mrs. Kao cease to occupy the family suite; 3 . the Special Permit shall expire at the time the premises are conveyed to any person, partnership, trust, corporation or other entity; 4 . the applicant by acceptance of the Certificate of Occupancy issued pursuant to the Special Permit, grants the Building Inspector or his lawful designee the right to inspect the premises annually.
