Please be advised that the above referred property is accessed as a two family dwelling according to the
record in the Assessors office. The Assessors office files indicate that a permit was issued for an addition of a
garage with a dormer for living quarters in November of 1974. Unfortunately the building department records
are not available for this time period.

I am in the process of refinancing the Property at 48 Bay State Road that my
Parents reside in. The appraiser had questions regarding when the garage was built and
requested a copy of the Building Permit.
The garage was built sometime in 1970's, after talking to your office I was told that you
did not have access to permits that old. At this time I am requesting a letter from your
office tome stating that you do not have access to Building Permits from the 1970. This
simple letter should allow me to finalize the refinancing of this Property.
