CHUB�s�4 TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER c� MASSACHUSETTS rri • � rrl BOARD OF APPEALS Paul T. and Kathleen Doucette * Petition #173-90 48 Kiernan Road North Andover, MA 01845 * DECISION * The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on December 10, 1991 upon the application of Paul and Kathleen Doucette requesting a variation from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7 . 3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of six (6) feet to the side line setback dimension on the premises at 48 Kiernan Road. The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Vice-Chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Anna O'Connor, John Pallone and Robert Ford. Upon motion made by Mr. Pallone and second by Mrs. O'Connor the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw. Dated this 13th day of December 1991.
