The following work will be performed per plan and as agreed .
Remove existing pressure treated deck.
Excavate for footing and foundation.
Construct footing and foundation wall per plan. Tie new
wall into existing foundation with rebar rods.
Damproof foundation wall and backfill .
'Dour 4 concrete floor in new addition.
Cut access to new addition thru existing concrete wall .
Construct new addition per plan to include all windows,
doors,skylites,wiring,heating, air conditioning, flooring,
insulation, drywall , interior finnish and all painting.
Also to include exterior roofing, siding, trim boards
and 121x20 ' pressure treated deck.
r All excess fill will be spread out in other .areas of site .
All disturbed areas of back yard due to construction will'
be landscaped and seeded.
All construction debris will be removed from site .
Included in this contract is an allowance of $ 925 . 00 to
install tile in existing kitchen.
It is estimated that the above work will be completed in
approx. 6 to 8 weeks . It is understood that my goal is to
complete this work in less than 6 weeks .

ments to be made as follows; $ 10, 000.00 upon signing of
this contract. $ 10,000.00 to be payed when addition is
weather tight (roofing, windows, doors, siding installed) .

RE: Request for Occupancy, Lot 3 Sharpeners Pond Road
S.B. Homes, Inc
I am currently withholding my signature for occupancy with
regard to the above referenced lot. The property has not been
brought to final grade, loamed or seeded.
The applicant is responsible for stabilization of all
disturbed area. Potential erosion problems could arise should
these areas not be stabilized prior to occupancy.
It is my understanding that under the State Building Code
the applicant has the right to petition your department for an
Occupancy Permit without a signature of the Planning Department.
Should the applicant choose to petition your office without
a signature of the Planning Department I would like you to be
aware of my concerns.
