The Board listened to our presentation, accepted the favorable letters from some of your neighbors and heard the unfavorable comments of Mrs. Bailey and her son. The Board then voted unanimously to allow the variance and special permit as you requested. The Board must now prepare and sign a written decision and file it with the town clerk, whereupon the twenty (20) day appeal period must run before an attested copy of the decision and plan can be obtained from the Town Clerk and recorded at the North Essex Registry of Deeds.
