The Board further finds that each of the provisions of Section 10.4 of 'the
By—Law have been satisfied and that the variance as granted will not be a
substantial detriment to the public good nor does it nullify from the intent
and purpose of the By—Law.
Further, the Board grants the Special Permit as requested pursuant to Section 4. 122
(14) of the By—Law subject to the condition that no more than four apartments
be constructed on the premises and that no major exterior changes to the
dwelling be made. In granting the Special Permit, the Board finds that each
of the requirements set forth in Section 10.31 have been satisfied, and the
permit is subject to applicable provisions therein.
In particular, the Board finds that the location is appropriate for the use
since the dwelling has been used for multi—family purposes, and the area
presently has many multi—family units. The conversion will not be a
nuisance nor a hazard to vehicles or pedestrianns.
Sincerely,
I
