The following members were present and voting: Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio, Ellen McIntyre, John Pallone and Joseph Faris. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on 12.20.95 and 12.27.95 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by John Pallone and seconded by Ellen McIntyre the board voted unanimously to allow the applicant to withdraw the petition without prejudice.
