Christine & Thomas Tetrault Date: 1-16-96 5 Harwich Street Petition# :061-95 North Andover, MA 01845 Date of Hearing: 1-9-96 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening, January 9, 1996 upon the petition of Christine & Thomas Tetrault requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Section 4, paragraph 4.121(17) so as to allow a family suite to be constructed on Lot 10 Lost Pond Lane, Zoning District R-1. The following members were present and voting: Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio, Ellen McIntyre, John Pallone and Joseph Faris. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on 12.20.95 and 12.27.95 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by John Pallone and seconded by Ellen McIntyre the board voted unanimously to allow the applicant to withdraw the petition without prejudice. Voting in favor Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio, John Pallone, Joseph Faris and Ellen McIntyre.
