Attached is a basic plan with measurements and scope of work as requested, please note there is
a plan to install a sewer pipe for future connection and now would be the time to run it under
the new driveway,however we don't want it to stop our game plan to do as we discussed. If we
can do it now when we are doing the driveway that would be awesome but if we have to go
through conservation an wait for the meeting then we will have dig up the driveway when the
time comes.
Thanks for all your help, please let me know your thoughts on the sewer pipe and if you need
anything more from me. I will wait to hear back from you before we start with the driveway,
The guys are now scheduled to get going on Friday so please let me know if this will be an
approved start date.
I am sending over two letter with the the two sets of specs, one with the sewer and one without
in case we cant do the sewer work you'll have the proper letter from me.

Jen, I would think if Cambell Road is between the driveway and the wetlands no filing

I did a site visit today for a driveway reconstruction on Campbell Rd. Campbell Rd is between the
driveway and the wetland.The wetland is approximately 36'away. They are not expanding the
driveway just digging it up and putting down a new one. What type of filing would the commission
typically require if any?

House is approx 1151f from wetlands as per drawing and we are changing back the inlaw apartment to a two car
garage as it was before.Below is what we are proposing to do to conform with conservation.
• We will place hay bails at the end of the driveway in a u-shape when we are not going to be there during the
site work and driveway repaving in case we encounter heavy rains while not there
• We will excavate approx 15' from the house to stay within the 100' distance and we plan to regrade down
slightly to match the existing concrete floor surface approx 3"-4 "and grade same area to shed water away
from the new garage doors
• The paving contractor will remove the remainder of existing pavement and repave the driveway as needed
up to approx the line of the existing garage

Note:there is the sewer pipe that is at the comer of the property and the homeowner would like to be able to run the
pipe under the new driveway only if we can do it now administratively as we are doing with this new proposed
driveway.Installing the new sewer would involve items below
• Dig up the corner where the pipe was stubbed onto the property which is just outside the driveway to locate the
exact height
• Then we would need to provide a trench with a bed of%"crushed stone under the driveway
• Lay the pipe as needed under the new driveway prior to it being paved
• We would have a hole cut into the foundation and the pipe would be capped at both ends and not connected at
both ends as this was approved by the dpw
