The Building department has gone through several moves and floods and our files don't show the actual building permit information. However I eon the owner of the playa North Andover Ventures Limited Partnership, and advised them of the situation. The owners were extremely sympathetic of the complaint and will be addressing the situation ASAP. The curb cut in question is extremely steep and due to limited space and topography and roadway need to be reconfigured by an engineer. The matter is going forward and should be revised by springtime.
