Please be advised that the area of trees in your back yard is included in a "non -disturbance zone". This area extends 25' from the adjacent wetland which borders Mosquito Brook. No landscaping of any kind, even raking leaves, is allowed without first contacting the Conservation Commission. This area should be left as a natural buffer (trees, shrubs, leaves etc.) around the wetland. When these houses were developed, the back yards were extended as far as was allowed under the Conservation Commission's permit. The expansion of landscaped Areas will affect the natural ability of this land to buffer the wetlands and the stream from the long term impacts of development. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact my office. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, ! 1 • )x( 6i Richard P.
