RE: Wild Rose Drive, North Andover Estates
Dear Mr. LaGrasse:
SEP 1'7 1999
As of September 14, 1999, Toll Brothers, Inc. has cleaned up the sand in the catch basins,
rip rap, and adjacent grasses at the bottom of Wild Rose Drive at North Andover Estates,
and is in complete conformance with the requirements of the Enforcement Order dated
September 1, 1999. All the sand was removed by hand and the area was restored with rip
rap, loam and seed, etc. Silt fence and hay bales have been put in place and will be left
until the area is fully stabilized.

Dear Mr. Blane:
120 Main Street, 01845
(508) 682-6483
It has come to my attention that you have begun raking leaves
in your back yard at the above address. Please be advised that the
area of trees in your back yard is included in a "non -disturbance
zone". This area extends 25' from the adjacent wetland which
borders Mosquito Brook. No landscaping of any kind, even raking
leaves, is allowed without first contacting the Conservation
Commission.
This area should be left as a natural buffer (trees, shrubs,
leaves etc.) around the wetland. When these houses were developed,
the back yards were extended as far as was allowed under the
Conservation Commission's permit. The expansion of landscaped
Areas will affect the natural ability of this land to buffer the
wetlands and the stream from the long term impacts of development.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact my office. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
! 1 • )x( 6i
