The hearing was advertised in the Lawrence Eagle-Tribune on April 24 & May 1, 1976 and all abutters were duly notified by regular mail. A motion was made by 11jr. �i-izell e and seconded by r"r. The Board, in granting she varianceset forth in part 1 of the, motion determined that t1le building was constructed in conformance with the setback requirements in 1970 and th.ut the requirements changed in 1972 making the building non---conforming. Further, the Board has determined that the vestibule is to be constr-acted .,.,ithin the present s:;.an of the overhauig roof on the building and that a denial vould re: ult in a financial hardship to the petitioner since to require strict conformance with th.e By--Law would require a remodeling of the entire building.
