(M.G.L. Ch. 131, sec. 40) and/or the Town of North Andover Wetlands Protection Bylaw. Extent and Type of Activity: Cutting of vegetation and filling of land within a Bordering Vegetated Wetland (red maple swamp). If this violation is not immediately addressed as required below, an Enforcement Order will be issued, which may include a stop work order, which may be followed by legal action. Required Action: Stop all cutting of vegetation and filling of land on your Winter Street property. Appear before Conservation Commission at 7:30 pm, on Thursday, October 14, 1992, at the North Andover Senior Center. As a cooperator with the Essex Conservation District I will do my best to establish those conservation practices which are recommended through this agreement. The Essex Conservation District agrees to furnish consultant technical assistance in the design and establishment of conservation practicP5 based upon the conservation problem, characteristics of the site, aid the landowner's goals. The furnishing of such assistance must be dependent upon the manpower resources available to the District and the District's operating policies.
