This property is on the [Complaint:— — - comer of the two streets. The residents consistently have trash and debris all over their lawn and edge of property into the street,including soda and beer cans, antifreeze containers,and dunkin donuts containers. Police are frequently at this property for various complaints(including possible drug dealing)according to caller. Caller first spoke with Detective Crane from the NAPD who told her to call the Health Department to follow-up re:the trash complaint. The property in question is owned by Pat Whitley who lives on Salem Street. His daughter,Michelle Banks resides at the property with extended family. This license is to be renewed every 4 years, and never was. Lucky Nails is now in the space where the grooming place was. Just a little history. Bottom line, is this woman does not have a DBA and is not licensed as a business in Town, so, if she is operating, she is in violation. Thank you.
