Mr. Hall,
It has been brought to our attention,that you are operating a landscaping business out of your
residence. In North Andover it is legal to have a home business operating out of your residence
so long as it's only a computer and phone line. The presence of commercial vehicles,trailers, and
employee vehicles are prohibited per town bylaw.
North Andover Zoning Bylaw
Section 4.122.f
The building or premises occupied shall not be rendered objectionable or detrimental to the
residential character of the neighborhood due to the exterior appearance, omission of odor, gas,
smoke, dust, noise, disturbance, or in any other way become objectionable or detrimental to any
residential use within the neighborhood;
Please cease and desist immediately.
