Dear Ms. Griffin:
I have been hired by Nicholos and Joy Powell.to review their property at 55
Coventry Lane, North Andover.
The existing dwelling on the lot has an attached uncovered deck. The deck is
approximately 50 ft. long. The house is currently fitted with gutters and
downspouts and the house is connected to the town sewer system.
The Powells have informed me that they will be enclosing approximately 18
feet of the deck by covering it with a roof. The new roof will not have gutters or
downspouts.
Based on the above facts, it is my opinion that no new surface or subsurface
discharges are proposed with the construction of this addition.
