Per your request this letter is provided to confirm that the premises are permitted for retail use. Pursuant to Site Plan Approval dated April 5, 1995 permission was granted to PBJ Development for construction of a 24,000 square foot building to be used to house retail stores and a restaurant. The premises are located in the General Business Zone (GB). The prior tenant in this particular retail space was Heathsouth Corp. that used the space for physical therapy services, a permitted use with the GB Zone. The new tenant will be using the space for a children's hair salon, also a permitted use. Your attention is also called to a special permit issued on November 20, 1997 permitting construction of the medical office building on the premises. At that time a parking layout plan was submitted detailing the present configuration of 188 parking spaces which is sufficient to support the combined retail, restaurant and office building uses.
