Andover , MA Petition #64-85 Dear Mr. Long; The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, January 14 , 1986 upon the application of Charles E. & Joan V. Dunn . The hear- ing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on December. 19 and on December 24, 1985 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman , Alfred Frizelle , Vice-Chairman , Augustine Nickerson , Clerk, William . Sullivan and *Raymond Vivenzio. The petitioners seek a variance from the provisions of Section 7 , Paragraph 2 , and Table 2 of the Zoning By Law so as to., remove the restriction on Lot 2 in order to sell as a buildable lot. This lot is 30 feet short of required frontage , Lot 2 . Upon motion made by Mr. Frizelle and seconded by Mr. Sullivan , the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance subject to the condition that a plan ,,be submitted showing Lot #1, and Lot #2 (1201 frontage) . The Board finds that the unusual shape of Lot #2 with 120 . 14 foot frontage containing 1. 4567 acres creates a hardship according to the provisions of Section 10 . 4 of the Zoning By Laws and further that each of the -conditions setforth therein have been satisfied. These forms shall be furnished by the Clerk upon request. Any communication purporting to be an application shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek relief until such time as it is made on the official application form. All information called for by the form shall be furnished by the applicant in the manner therein prescribed.
