Hallowe'en party, "Snoopy's
Hallowe'en Party Festival," a success
when it was held Saturday evening, Oc-
tober 24. '
Their participation ranged from
organizing the event to playing a witch,
monster, or Peanuts character.
The residents are as follows: chair,
Noel Hayes; co-chairs, Leslie Hopkins
and Mary Ann Luther,who was-also the
schoohair for the Atkinson School.
Hayes was school chair for the Franklin
School, while Vera Kimball served for
the Kittredge, Felicia Compione was
school chair for St. Michael's and

* DECISION

The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on December 8, 1987 on the application
of John M. Maguire requesting a variance of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2
of the Zoning ByLaws so as to permit relief of rear setback requirements due to
existing deck violating this requirement on the premises located at 56 Magnolia
Drive. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chair-
man, Alfred Frizelle, Vice-chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan
and Walter Soule.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on November 12, 1987 and
November 19, 1987 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion made by Mr. Frizelle and seconded by Mr. Sullivan, the Board voted,
unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested.
The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10,
Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning ByLaw and the granting of this variance in particular
will not derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning ByLaw nor will it
adversely affect the neighborhood. '
