Whittaker 57 Greenhill Avenue F z - Petition No . 39 - ' 81 ,i :4 Mr. Daniel Long , Town Clerk Town Office Building North Andover , Mass . 01845 N Dear Mr. Long: The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening , October 13 , 1981 upon the application of Richard D . Whittaker . The hearing was advertised in the North .Andover Citizen on Septem ber 24 and -October 1 , 1981 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . The following members were present and voting : Alfred E . Frizelle , Esq . , Vice Chairman ; William J . Sullivan ; Augustine W . Nickerson - Walter F . Soule; and Raymond A . Vivenzio , Esq . The petitioner seeks a variance from the provisions of Section 7 , Paragraph 7 . 3 and Table 2 of the Zoning By Law in order to allow the enlaraement of an existing garage which will have less than the required set back on the premises located at 57 Greenhill Avenue . The petitioner testified that he wishes to add 18 feet to the existing garage , which is now 14 feet x 22 feet . The addition would create a violation in the set back requirement . _ Upon a motion made by Mr . Su-l,livan and .seconded by Mr. Vivenzio , the Board Voted unanimously to deny the variance .
