Investigation of the site reveals a true complaint. The processing of fire wood is not an allowed use in the R-6 District and within ten (10) -days of receipt of this decision, you must cease all processing and selling activities at 591 Turnpike Street. Section 10.3 of the North Andover Zoning By -Law reads that: "Whoever continues to violate the provisions of this Bylaw after written notice from the Building Inspector demanding an abatement of a zoning violation within a reasonable time, shall be subject to a fine of three hundred dollars (5300). Each day that such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense." Pursuant to Section 10.4 of the Zoning By -Law, you may grieve this decision within thirty (30) days to the Zoning Board of Appeals. In the event that the Zoning Board of Appeals upholds your grievance, you will then have to file for a Special Permit to market fire wood in the R=.6 District.
