Sprayed closet wall with stuff that kills mold and painted over it. Changed pad and treated rug in closet. Continued to smell mold,but seems dryer. Two weeks later(mid-March)her son's closet was soaking wet. She called and no one ever returned phone calls. Came in at end of March because her closet was wet again,and regrouted bathroom shower and cut a part out the wall in the plaster and left it. Checked son's closet,said it was dry,and did nothing more. Her son,Jeffrey(l I yrs.Old)has been sick. Has missed 25 days of school with flu,sinus congestions. Sick since Monday,and has been sick with a cold before that. She has been sick also. /! There is a smell from the mold spores that smells like cat urine. She has a humidifier in the room,but still not good. There is a strong musty smell permeating the building. There is mold and mildew under the stairway. The mold damage was removed and sprayed,but the smell_is still there. Rosalba spent$2000.00.Dina met with her and approved$500.00 worth of clothes. Rosalba threatening her. So that's one side of the story if this women calls. Royal Crest is still fighting the moisture battle.They have found that there were"Weep Holes"placed in every building basement.Some where along the line,those "Weep Holes"where filled with cement.Now the moisture is being trapped inside the side the buildings.They are in the process of opening up the weep holes and cutting down some trees.OBVIOUSLY,the buildings where built in the water table,so moisture will always be a problem.But,every little bit helps....
