Notice: If the homeowner obtains. his own construction-related permits for the work described under this agreement, the homeowner is hereby advised that In the event of dispute, judgment and nonpayment of the contractor, lite homeowner will not be entitled to make a cialm to or collect from the guaranty fund established by Chapter 142A, M.C.L. IX. MODIFICATION This Agreement,including the provisions relating to price(Section i1)and payment schedule(Section 111)cannot be changed except by a written statement signed by both Contractor and Owner.
