West, Acting Conservation Agent West Environmental, Inc. RE: 625 Great Pond Road,North Andover Site Inspection Report On March 26, 2008, Mark West met onsite with Tom Sawyer at the above mentioned site to discuss the installation of a small catch basin adjacent the existing driveway on the property. Mr. West identified the wetland along the property boundary near the proposed work area. Mr. Sawyer was instructed to maintain the 25' No-Disturbance Zone to the wetland even though it is existing lawn and is downstream from the wetland. The proposed work will remedy a drainage problem that is damaging the driveway and it will have no impact on the upslope wetland.
