Dear Madam Clerk:
The purpose of this letter is to make a formal request under the Massachusetts
Public Records Law for copies of:
1. All notes, memoranda, letters, e-mails, drafts thereof or other record or
documentation of any correspondence by or among members of the North
Andover Zoning Board of Appeals ("Board") or between such member(s)
and any member of the public or any member of the North Andover Board
of Selectmen concerning the proposed development of the property located
at 1001 and L-2 Turnpike Street, being Assessors Map Number 107C, Lot
18 and Lot 112, known as Orchard Village or the Comprehensive Permit
Application for such development filed with the Board on February 28,
2007. Included in this request, without limitation, are all such e-mails
originating from or received at e-mail addresses, attymanzi@manzilaw.net;
any e-mail address ending with the suffix manzilaw.net; and any e-mail
address ending with the suffix manzicorp.com.
2. All audio and video recordings of the North Andover Zoning Board of
Appeals meeting held on May 9, 2007.

3. All clerk's notes, secretarial notes, and minutes, draft or final, for North
Andover Zoning Board of Appeals meetings concerning the proposed
development of the property located at 1001 and L-2 Turnpike Street, being
Assessors Map Number 107C, Lot 18 and Lot 112, known as Orchard
Village or the Comprehensive Permit Application for such development
filed with the Board on February 28, 2007.
The time frame for these requests is limited to February 1, 2007 to the present.
Under the Public Records Law, I am entitled to a written response of your intent to
comply with my request in writing within 10 days. I understand that you may
request reimbursement for copying costs, so please include the amount of copying
costs in your response to my request.
