Hi Michele,
I called back today and left information on my name and number with the woman that answered the phone.
The address is 65 Linden Avenue. Here's a list of what we nieghbors see as issues:
1. one unregistered truck in the back yard full of"stuff'
2. one unregistered car in the driveway
3. another unregistered car in the side yard
4. an unregistered van on the street(this is illegal i believe)
5. an unregistered trailer in the street, pressed up against the back of the van so you can't see the missing plates
(clever'eh)
6. an unregistered ry in the driveway
7. a unregistered snowmobile in the side yard
8. a garaged motorcycle registered in NH
9. many trailer loads of used hot top piled in the front side yard. this is an enviromental issue.
that's just some of the stuff that goes on on the outside of the house. stop by, i am sure you'll find more.
thanks for your help. you can reach me at 683-5941 with any additional questions.

Ms. Sawyer,
I hope all is well with you. I've been communicating with Inspector Cronin of the North Andover Police
Department over the last few years regarding my neighbors at 65 Linden Avenue. I'm not typically one to
complain about how people keep their yard, but they are completely out of control. I'm hoping that you
might be able to help because it appears as though the police, while helpful, have done what they can do
and I'm afraid it hasn't been enough.
There are now 5 derelict cars parked in various places throughout their property, one of which hasn't been
used in about two years, one in three, and two others since I've moved here in 2001. Piles of trash,
furniture, yard debris, and yes, even a kitchen sink, litter the property and basement windows and a utility
shed are smashed to bits. A camper is also prevalent, especially since it appears someone is living in it
from time to time.
I'm wondering if there is anything the Health Department can legally do to try to persuade these folks to at
least remove the derelict cars and piles of trash from their property. I've lived next to them for over four
years and don't have much hope in complaining to them directly or waiting for them to do it on their
own. The only action they've taken in the past is when the town has become involved. Due to their history
of drug dealing, jail time, and alleged retribution to surrounding neighbors, I hope that you would please
keep my complaint anonymous. I grew up in North Andover and have a lot of pride in my town and
neighborhood and can't watch this happening without doing anything about it.
Please let me know what you might be able to do to help, if anything. Thanks and take care.

Vasilios Brachos states that he bought his property in July, and the groundwater coming through the sump pump has an oily substance and is coating the pump. He is on sewer, and
has no oil furnace. The water has no color other than when the light hits it,it takes on a rainbow hue. He is concerned that whatever is making the water oily is some kind of
contaminant, and could be a health hazard. He has children, and is concerned for them as well.
