I
To the Members of the board,
My name is Joseph Monahan. I live at 644 Salem St,in North.Andover. I am
writing to you because, recently we had sewer lines ran in front of our house and we
received a letter saying that we had to hook up to the new sewer lines. The cost of the
I
hook up would cause a financial hardship for my family and L as my wife is expecting
our first child in December. Our septic tank is only 6 years old;we were told that it was
only 18 months old when we purchased the house in 1996 from the people we bought the
house from. We were wondering if we could get an extension of 24 months, or longer if
that is possible.
I
Sincerely,
Joseph J. Monahan JR.
