The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Walter Soule, Clerk, Raymond Vivenzio, Louis Rissin and John Pallone. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on February 17 and 24, 1993 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr. Soule and second by Mr. Vivenzio the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw. BOARD OF APPEALS Frank Serio, r.
