DECISION
Petition #010-93
The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 9,
1993 upon the application of David & Deborah McNall requesting a
variation of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning
Bylaw so as to permit relief of three (3) feet from the side yard
setback requirement in order to construct an addition to the
existing dwelling located at 667 Waverly Road. The following
members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Walter Soule,
Clerk, Raymond Vivenzio, Louis Rissin and John Pallone.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on
February 17 and 24, 1993 and all abutters were notified by
regular mail.
Upon a motion by Mr. Soule and second by Mr. Vivenzio the Board
voted unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested.
The Board finds that the granting of this variance will not
adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and
purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
