April 17, 2004 Julie Parrino North Andover Planning Department 27 Charles Street North Andover,MA 01845 RE: 67 Coventry Road—Site inspection for wetlands with respect to the Watershed Protection Overlay District Dear Ms Parrino: Be advised that on April 16,2004 I visited the property at 67 Coventry Lane. The purpose of my site inspection was to reconnoiter the lands within 325 feet of a proposed addition to the existing home for the presence of any wetland resource areas. Wetland resource areas within 325 feet of the proposed addition would likely require a Watershed Protection District Special Permit for the proposed construction. The property is within an established neighborhood with other residential homes to the sides, north and south and across the street in the front, easterly. To the rear, westerly of the home was a wooded pine forest. I reconnoitered all areas within 325 feet of the proposed addition. There were no areas that would be characterized as a wetland resource as defined by the Wetlands Protection Act Chapter 131 Section 40, the enabling regulations at 310 CMR 10.00,or the North Andover Wetlands By-law. Proposed work anywhere on the subject property would not require any additional permits with respect to the Watershed Protection Overly District or the Conservation Commission. Sincerely, Wetlands&Land Management,Inc. mow- M4 ° William J.Manuell Wetland Scientist CC: Steve and Lisa Milley 500 Maple Street, Danvers, Massachusetts 01923 Tel 978-777-0004 • Fax 978-777-6363
