So as to allow: for the demolition of a 2 -story residential dwelling and. construction of a 2,800 s.f. commercial building with on-site parking, including reconstruction of driveways on adjacent paper streets. After a public hearing given on the above dates, the Planning Board voted to ACCEPT the applicant's WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
