Premises Affected: 674 Turnpike Street
Referring to the above petition for a Site Plan Review Special Permit. The application was
determined to be complete and was noticed and reviewed in accordance with the
procedures for review and approval in accordance with the town's Bylaw governing Site
Plan Review Special Permits and M.G.L.•c. 40A, sections 9 and 10.
So as to allow: for the demolition of a 2 -story residential dwelling and. construction of a 2,800
s.f. commercial building with on-site parking, including reconstruction of driveways on adjacent
paper streets.
After a public hearing given on the above dates, the Planning Board voted to ACCEPT
the applicant's WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
