Coco 695 Johnson Street Mr. Daniel Long, Town Clerk North Andover , MA 01845 Town Office Building Petition #70-86 { North Andover, MA 01845 Dear Mr. Long: The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, April 8 , 1986 upon the application of John J & Evelyn J. Coco. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on March 20 and. March 27 , 1986. and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman , Alfred Frizelle , Vice-chairman , Walter Soule , William Sullivan and Raymond Vivenzio. The petitioner seeks a Special Permit from the requirements of Section 4 , Paragraph 4 . 121 (17) of the Zoning By Laws so as to permit construct- ion of' a family suite for son and future wife on the premises located at 695 Johnson St. Motion made by Mr, Frizelle and seconded by Mr. Soule to GRANT this Special Permit of Section 4 , Paragraph 4 . 121 (17) of the Zoning By Laws + so as to permit a family suite `for a member of family, son and future wife premises located at 695 Johnson St. , subject to the following conditions : 1. The premises be occupied by Mr. & Mrs . Jeffrey Coco. 1 2. The special permit shall expire at the time Mr. & Mrs . • � ' Jeffrey Coco ceases to occupy the family suite . i 3. The special permit shall expire at the time the premises are conveyed to any person,, partnership or corporation . 4.
